BCC AD is a proud supporting partner of an upcoming PwC Corporate Tax Webinar: Ministry of Finance Digital Public Consultation.
The UAE Ministry of Finance launched a digital public consultation on 28 April 2022 on the proposed UAE Corporate Tax (CT) regime to gather input from stakeholders and the business community. The public consultation document has been released in advance of legislation being published - the final technical details are still expected to be published by mid-2022, so it's important to note that the information contained within the consultation document does not represent the final legislation.

Consultations help guide and inform proposed laws through direct feedback from organisations to the Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority (FTA). The consultation period will last for three weeks, so comments are due before 19 May 2022. In response to the consultation opening, PwC have drafted a guidance document to help answer some questions you may have and support you in providing your feedback.
PwC have also published a news alert that includes an overview of the further information on the UAE CT regime that has been included in the consultation document with insights.
