Join British Chamber of Commerce Abu Dhabi and Devon & Plymouth Chamber of Commerce for this Pitch & Procure webinar (Part 1: Meet the Buyers). This webinar is FREE for all attendees.

When: Tuesday, 14th March 2023

Time: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Sourcing overseas gives your business access to cutting-edge research, design or specialised knowledge as well as a wider range of potential suppliers to choose from.

The Pitch and Procure event brings enterprising businesses together with several major procuring organisations giving businesses a chance to showcase their products and services to these prime procurers.

It opens up opportunities to engage directly with them, encourage them into dialogue or advise on how to enter the tendering and procurement process. Pitchers are only allowed to present one slide to the panel and following the Q&A, procurers can choose which businesses, if any, they wish to further conversations with.

As well as the pitchers and procurers there will also be a large online audience to maximise the potential opportunities for all.

This unique event will bring enterprising local businesses together with several major procuring organisations giving businesses a chance to showcase their products and services to these prime procurers. It will open up opportunities to engage directly with them, encourage them into dialogue or advise on how to enter the tendering and procurement process.

The format will be short, sharp and interactive. A panel of six major procurers will be in the front row of an audience that hears a series of short sharp pitches from several businesses in quick succession, followed by a brief Q&A.

Our panel will be announced soon and will include the very senior procurement leaders from organisations.

Following the Q&A the procurers can choose which businesses, if any, they wish to further conversations with. That may be as simple as being sent details of how to register for tender information and enter the procurement process, or an invitation to a further exploratory meeting.

The Chamber can broker these communications and introduce successful pitchers to additional support in preparing their tenders.

At the conclusion of the presentations there will be the opportunity to continue networking or follow up on conversations with our procurers.

You're welcome to join us even if you're not interested in pitching yourself. The event will offer some excellent networking opportunities and who knows, you may also hear about something that will be of benefit to your own business.
