Expo 2020 are preparing a full site takeover for the UK National Day to celebrate extraordinary talents from across the UK and encourage the world to #SeeThingsDifferently. UK National Day will recognise the UK's contribution to the world and the exceptional British people, places, businesses and innovations that inspire new thinking and solve shared problems through international collaboration.
Get ready for music, theatre, performances, food, the best of UK innovation on display and more. Sport will feature heavily too, with influential athletes and sports celebrities set to attend to promote the upcoming Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. This complements the wider theme of the UK Pavilion 'Innovating for a Shared Future'.
BCC AD is holding a bespoke tour for a limited number of delegates to enjoy and support the UK National Day on 10th February.
This is a unique opportunity to partake in a cultivated tour of key pavilions led by an experienced guide and to support and experience highlights of the UK-focused celebrations across our dedicated National Day at Expo 2020.
This half day bespoke tour will commence at 2pm, allowing delegates opportunity to reach us after lunch from Abu Dhabi. Starting by taking in the 'Alif' Mobility Pavilion, we will then attend the 3pm celebration of the Commonwealth at the front of the UK Pavilion and go on to enjoy Afternoon Tea at 2020 Club by Emaar, overlooking the stunning Al Wasl Plaza.
Our dedicated tour guides will lead us to key Pavilions and there will be plenty of opportunity to experience the highlights of the UK-themed celebrations.
This is a perfect opportunity to invite clients and colleagues for a unique experience at Expo 2020. With limited spaces, BCC AD members will be given booking priority - please contact us ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Guest Rate: AED 600
Event fee includes Expo 2020 access ticket, dedicated BSL Middle East guide leading the cultivated tour, smart-queue passes to select Pavilions, networking opportunities with fellow BCC AD representatives and afternoon tea reception.
Deadline to register: 9am 8th February 2022.
Important Information:
- Confirmed delegates will meet BCC AD and BSL Middle East teams at the Expo Tour Guide Desk at the Mobility district entrance (map will be shared in advance.) Valet service is available at the Mobility entrance at an additional cost of AED95 per car. Public carpark is also available with 'park and ride' facilities to reach the Mobility entrance gate.
- Full cancellation fees will apply for any cancelled registrations, due to minimum requirements.
- If you are vaccinated, you must present proof of at least one dose of any COVID vaccine recognised by any Expo 2020 participating country or the World Health Organisation (WHO). If you are unvaccinated, you must present a negative PCR test certificate for a test conducted within the last 72 hours.
