She has worked extensively with both the government and private sector, contributing to advancing the sustainability agenda across industries. As the Founder and Managing Director of Sustainability Switch Consultancy and Board Co-Chair of the NGO Lean In Equity and Sustainability, Maria is deeply passionate about sustainability and social impact.
Maria is actively involved with Masdar’s WiSER (Women in Sustainability, Environment, and Renewable Energy) initiative, supporting women leaders in sustainability and empowering the next generation.
